Justin Olsen is the Founder and CEO of Careers Plus Resumes, Inc. He is originally from New York and moved to Tennessee in 1992. His background began in college studying Business Management and Information Technology. Following his education, Justin planned to connect qualified candidates with employers in ways smarter than traditional methods. After several years of helping individuals obtain employment and realizing that poorly written resumes were one of the main causes of job turndown, he decided to take the venture online and offer career-related services nationwide.
Josh Davis
Business Consultant - SBA Certified Business Plan Writer
In 2001, Joshua Davis joined the U.S. Navy as a satellite communications and warfare technician developing the AEGIS weapon system. As a sailor he traveled heavily within the United States including New York City, Boston, Miami, Chicago, and Philadelphia. After being honorably discharged from military service and graduating college with a degree in e-Business and Supply Chain Management, he began writing business plans and marketing plans for clients, as well as honing his creativity and problem solving skills as an online content manager.

Mark Perrigon was born in Maryland and started his career in information technology when he was 23 years old.
