Terms of Service

All resume writing/editing services are non-refundable once services are retained, simply because once we are hired our staff is immediately working on your account to compile your documents and maintain contact with you. After you receive your first draft, you are entitled to contact us if you feel your resume does not meet your career search needs within 90 days upon receipt so we may implement any necessary modifications for you. Additional charges will apply if editing services or updates are requested after the 90-day unlimited editing time frame. Because our services are rendered in a digital format, and can not be physically returned, you shall not be entitled to a complete refund for any reason. You agree to contact our Customer Service Department if you feel your resume is not satisfactory to make any changes or edits, utilizing the 90-day guarantee that we will work with you one-on-one to make any necessary corrections. Normal turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours from the date of receipt, although based on the difference in size of each individual project, we do not guarantee a specific time of completion.

After completion of your resume we will forward a draft for your review. You can then contact us within 90 days upon receipt and request any revisions you desire to ensure your complete satisfaction! If you still have not received an interview after the 90-day unlimited editing time frame, based on our 99% customer satisfaction rating, we will give you a 25% refund and rewrite your resume at no additional cost to you.
